Vesting schedules

Presale #1 Buyers unlock schedule:

• 24 month lock-up or more based on triggers

• First unlock 30 days after the public sale buyers initial tokens unlock

• 5% of buyers tokens will be unlocked per month until all tokens have been released to presale #1 buyers

Presale #2 Buyers unlock schedule:

• 24 month lock-up

• 12 month cliff with 20% unlock

• Each quarter thereafter 20% of tokens will unlock until all tokens have been released

• First unlock - October 18, 2023 for buyers

Core Contributors (team, advisors, partners) unlock schedule:

• 4 year (48 month) unlock

• 12 Month Cliff - 25% unlock at cliff if market triggers are hit

• 12.5% vest every 6 months for remaining 36 months

• Market triggers involve average daily volume of VCORE, and listing of VCORE on a number of top global (non US) exchanges

• Earliest first unlock - January of 2024
